I made this image for my portfolio.
Its my first test using vrayFastsss2.
Modeled over an old basemesh, just changing for this face.
I used 3dsmax2001, zbrush, bodypaint and photoshop to textures. Zbrush just for litlle details and vray for render.
I made the textures based on pictures and specular channels.
The hair I made using hair and fur, and textured planes
